Intertrust, an international tech-enabled fund and corporate solutions provider, has announced two additional senior appointments within its Luxembourg team: Keith Dingwall and Mark Warren.

Keith Dingwall has joined the company as a Global Relationship Manager, looking to align and optimise the partnerships with large International clients who use Intertrust in multiple jurisdictions and across multiple service lines. Intertrust has described Keith Dingwall as an experienced client-facing executive with a demonstrable history of successfully growing business relationships in the financial services industry for over 25 years, most recently as Head of New Business at KNEIP.

For his part, Mark Warren joined the team on 18 November 2019. He will be actively involved in designing Intertrust's future ways of working to ultimately transform the industry from paper-based to a digital-first ecosystem. Centred on the improvement of their customer experience and standardisation of processes, Mark Warren will ensure leverage of Centres of Excellence to support Intertrust's international teams' service ambition. According to Intertrust, Mr. Warren brings dynamic enthusiasm and has successfully led businesses transformation across multiple sectors and geographies including UK Public Sector and global programmes for Skype and Microsoft.
