The Centre des Arts Pluriels Ettelbruck (CAPE) has announced that Dida will open ES’CAPE CLUB’s 2016/2017 season on 14 October 2016 at 20:30.
Next Friday, Israeli singer, guitarist and comedian Dida Pelled will open the new season at CAPE with her new album “Modern Love Songs”. Dida mixes tradition and more imaginative styles and has gained success on the jazz music scene.
The Israeli artist released her first album in 2011 with Roy Hardgrove and Greg Hutchinson; All About Jazz referred to it as one of the best albums of the year. With her second album “Modern Love Songs”, Dida explores various styles and tells stories with her music. During the upcoming event in Ettelbruck, she will play songs from her second and third album, “A missing shade of blue”, which she has just finished recording.
ES’CAPE CLUB is a place to escape everyday life and experience culture in a relaxed atmosphere in at CAPE, which will become a sort of chill out lounge with live music, drinks and snacks for the event.
