The Luxembourg jazz group, the Michel Reis Trio (Michel Reis, piano; Aidan O’Connell, bass; Eric Doob, drums) will perform a concert in Greenwich village (the Cornelia Street Café) in New York City on Sunday 9 August 2015 at 20:30.
Michel Reis does not compose his pieces in a vacuum, but always specifically for his band members and their instruments, with their skills and respectively own interpretations as well as their special tone quality and their “playing philosophy”. The result is a total work of art, which causes people to take notice. Currently living between New York and Luxembourg, Michel Reis tours extensively internationally with his different bands and has released six albums under his own name.
