On Monday 4 March 2024, the Foyer Group announced that, in addition to its main insurance business, it is now offering home loans via its "credihome" brand.
According the Foyer, it is "constantly seeking to develop its range of products and services". It has developed a range of products and services, for both vehicles and for property.
For almost 15 years, Foyer has included car loans in its "mobilé crédit" range and, since 2023, it has offered private leasing. Now Foyer recently has launched the "credihome" brand focussed on mortgage broking.
This latest initiative follows the acquisition of Nexfin S.A. in November 2022, then one of the leading mortgage brokers in the Luxembourg market, illustrating Foyer's determination to offer its customers a complete range of insurance and financial solutions.
In February 2024 it joined forces with former mortgage broker creditsimmo.lu, which has become a business contributor to this new business line.
Jean-Claude Stoos, Head of Business Development at Foyer, stated "This new partnership marks an important step in the development of our mortgage brokerage business, credihome. It demonstrates our commitment to providing our customers with the best financial solutions, while strengthening our leading position in the Luxembourg market".
