On Thursday 7 July 2022, the Luxembourg chamber of commerce publised a list of 30 proposals to boost eco-innovation.

The ecological transformation of productive activity has become a necessity and an obligation to meet the expectations of citizens, contractors and consumers. Thus, the industry's ability to innovate in order to obtain environmental gains is essential to its competitiveness. Promoting eco-innovation is therefore an imperative to achieve Luxembourg's stated ambition to become a territory for experimenting with ecological transition.

These proposals, resulting from a first cycle of the Competitiveness Workshop, dedicated to eco-innovation, aim to design strategies and potential actions to promote innovation in the environmental field of Luxembourg economic actors.
