MindForest, a Luxembourg consulting company specialised in change management, today announced the launch of CHANGEx, an innovative online training platform dedicated to promoting competence in this transversal field.
This new platform is designed to meet the requirements of all companies regardless of size or field of business in terms of training their employees to cope with all the different types of change to which they may be exposed.
Through the comprehensive experience gathered over the past two decades during hundreds of different change management projects, MindForest will focus on allowing employees to learn how to manage their transformations in total autonomy, accompanied by tried and tested tools.
"CHANGEx is an eLearning platform, which we have tried to make as user friendly as possible," explained Aurélie Poncelet, Delivery Manager & Change Management Consultant at MindForest, who has coordinated the project from the outset. "In addition to the teaching modules, it comprises appraisals, concrete examples, templates, methods, support cards, check lists, as well as supplementary information to provide a good theoretical basis".
CHANGEx users will also be able to gain certification and share this success with their professional network through a system of digital badges generated following the successful completion of each specific skill level. This online learning platform was conceived and developed internally by a team of multi-disciplinary experts comprising Project Managers and various other experts, who normally work on consulting projects, as well as a designer, a motion designer and a web designer, all of whom will continue to work on improving the website experience.
"From the outset, CHANGEx has been a truly collaborative project based on the collective intelligence of a multi-disciplinary team. In this case, we can really talk about co-construction, in the near future we intend to take the experience to a further dimension by setting up a community of users and benefitting from the feedback of worldwide users", noted Guy Kerger, Founder and Managing Partner of MindForest.
Initially the website will be available in French. It is currently being tested by several managers at the Rehazenter and will then be adapted for an international launch in the course of 2021. Further information is available at changex.center.
