The startup Skeeled has announced the launch of the second version (V2) of its tool based on artificial intelligence to digitalise recruitment.
Established in Bascharage since its creation in 2014, Skeeled has announced the V2 of its revolutionary software on the recruitment market. The launch of this software as well as its partnership with ADEM was revealed at an event in its premises on 20 September 2018, in the presence of Prime Minister Xavier Bettel.
Skeeled was created with the aim of helping HR to recruit with a tool that offers automated management of applications and CVs. Knowing that a recruiter receives an average of 250 CVs per open job, the Skeeled tool saves a lot of time in the CV analysis phase. Thanks to its algorithm and artificial intelligence, the Skeeled platform analyses the applications received, selects the profiles of relevant candidates for the job offer and then offers a personality test (according to the "Big Five Model" ) for successful applicants who will also be invited to make a video interview.
In the Grand Duchy, all companies are legally obliged to declare their vacancies, ie their recruitment needs, to the ADEM. In order to simplify this declaration for its customers, the Luxembourg startup has thus integrated this data in the very recent V2 of its software, which proposes a redesigned design and UI / UX to significantly improve the user experience for the recruiter.
Starting today, companies that use Skeeled's tool to manage their recruitments will be able in a few clicks on the platform to declare the vacant position on the ADEM. In addition to allowing companies to meet their legal commitment, save time and find interesting candidates, this allows the offer to gain visibility, since it will be online on the ADEM Job Board. Skeeled already offers a multiposting strategy that allows job offers to be visible on many job boards and university sites, but this partnership allows it to be closer to the needs of companies in the Grand Duchy.
On the European market, Skeeled is the only player to offer the three services of recruitment software (application management, personality test, video interview) in a single tool.
