On Friday 10 April 2026, Luxembourg trade unions the LCGB and OGBL announced the signing of a new collective labour agreement with Luxfuel SA.

According to the trade unions, the agreement applies to the company’s 36 employees and will run retroactively from 1 January 2026 until 31 December 2028 inclusive.

The new collective agreement includes the following:

  • salary increases;
  • the introduction of a 15% supplement for employees acting as “trainers” when training a new employee;
  • the travel bonus will be subject to changes in the wage index during the term of this collective agreement;
  • an increase in the number of leave days that may be carried over until no later than 31 March;
  • introduction of a performance bonus linked to employee attendance.

The trade unions said they welcomed the agreement and noted that the negotiations were carried out in an open, constructive and respectful social dialogue over the past months.

Luxfuel SA are active in the storage and distribution of aviation fuels at Luxembourg Airport.
