The LCGB and OGBL trade unions have announced the renewal of the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) at PreZero Lamesch.

According to the LCGB, the new collective agreement will run for a period of three years, from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2028, and covers approximately 680 employees of the company. The unions said negotiations were conducted within the framework of social dialogue and described them as constructive.

The renewed collective agreement introduces several measures aimed at strengthening employees’ purchasing power, including:

• the payment of a one-off bonus in 2025;
• a 1.2% salary increase for technical staff in 2026 and an increase in the face value of meal vouchers to €15 for administrative staff;
• a 0.6% salary increase for all employees in 2026.

The agreement also provides for adjustments to leave entitlements based on length of service, as well as changes to bonus schemes, including an increase in the team leader bonus and the conversion of the bonus for specific work into an additional hourly payment.

The unions said they “welcome the agreement reached, which was concluded in the strict interest of all employees of PreZero Lamesch.”
