Luxembourg-based telecommunications and IT services provider Mixvoip has announced the acquisition of the client portfolio of Nomado, a Belgian company specialising in communication services.
According to Mixvoip, this transaction forms part of its growth strategy and aims to strengthen its presence in the Benelux region while sustainably supporting businesses in the evolution of their telecom and IT needs.
From March 2026, Nomado’s clients will continue to benefit from their services under “strictly identical conditions”, with no interruption or operational changes. The teams responsible for account management, contractual terms and contact channels will remain unchanged, to ensure a smooth and transparent transition, noted Mixvoip.
“This acquisition fully aligns with our development strategy in the Belux region. From Luxembourg, we commit to ensure complete continuity for Nomado’s clients while gradually giving them access to Mixvoip’s broader portfolio,” explained Loïc Didelot, CEO and founder of Mixvoip.
Mixvoip added that, through this acquisition, Nomado’s clients will gain access to the full range of solutions offered by Mixvoip, including: cloud telephony (PBX); SMS APIs; integrated mobile telephony; internet connectivity; cybersecurity services; and IT solutions tailored to modern professional environments.
Founded in 2008, Mixvoip relies on a local team, infrastructure hosted in Luxembourg and local technology partners. The company works to connect businesses through high-speed connectivity solutions and bring teams closer together wherever they work.
