For its tenth edition, the Luxembourg Internet Days will take place on the premises of the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday 7 and Wednesday 8 November 2023.

This landmark edition is set to commence with the Grand Duke of Luxembourg attending the opening ceremony.

The event will begin at 10:00 on 7 November, and Grand Duke Henri will be accompanied by Luxembourg’s Prime Minister, Xavier Bettel, and Claude Demuth, the Chairman of LU-CIX ASBL, as they will tour the Expo area housing 55 stands. Next, they will partake in the event's inaugural speeches.

Claude Demuth expressed his gratitude for the Grand Duke's attendance: "We are honoured that the Luxembourg Internet Days have attracted the attention of His Royal Highness the Grand Duke, this highlights the importance of the event and its impact on the national economy.

On the agenda is an “exceptional programme focusing on the challenges related to cybersecurity and resilience for critical infrastructures”, with potential applications to OT networks, Frédérique Ulrich, Head of Business Development and Marketing at LU-CIX ASBL, noted. She reminded professional visitors that they can participate in the event for free upon registration, which is mandatory, and can be done online through the event's website, https://www.luxembourg-internet-days.com/.

In addition to Grand Duke Henri's presence, this year's event will place Portugal in the spotlight. The Ambassador of Portugal to Luxembourg, Pedro Sousa e Abreu, and Portugal’s Secretary of State for Digitalisation and Administrative Modernisation, Mário Campolargo, will be present at the event. They will deliver speeches on both days after interacting with exhibitors and the 20 Portuguese companies attending the event.
