Women In Digital Empowerment (WIDE) has announced their first edition of the "How to Recruit and Retain Women in ICT" training session, which will take place on Friday 17 March 2023 in Luxembourg-Ville at The Office-City (29 Bld Prince Henri), from 09:00 - 13:00, and it will include a networking lunch.
This event will be free-of-charge to attend, thanks to their partner Digital Luxembourg.
Anne-Claire Buléon, an experienced tech recruiter, and the Managing Director of WIDE, Marina Andrieu, will facilitate this training session which will explore the reasons why recruiting and retaining women in ICT is a challenge for organisations. It will raise awareness of the current situation for women in ICT, delving into the social and business context and the barriers faced. The training session will also propose the development of strategies and the implementation of actions making employers better suited and more attractive for women in ICT.
Open to people of any gender, this session was designed in priority for HR, recruiters, CIOs and managers in the field of IT.
Registration is open but is restricted to one representative per company or organisation, due to limited capacity.
