On Wednesday 8 October 2025, Fiduciaire Jean-Marc Faber (FJMF), a Luxembourg-based independent provider of trust, fund, corporate, accounting, tax and payroll services, announced it has rebranded as Ancorius.

According to the company, the rebrand reflects its evolution into a “technology-enabled” service provider with international growth ambitions, while preserving the core values underpinning its 30-year reputation.

“Our new name, Ancorius, symbolises both continuity and renewal,” said Johan van den Berg, CEO of Ancorius. “We are building on three decades of trusted relationships while investing in digital innovation and expanding our service offering to meet the evolving needs of our clients.”

Founded in 1995 by Jean-Marc Faber, the firm has developed into an independent provider of corporate, tax, accounting, fund, payroll and family office services serving fund, corporate and private wealth clients. According to the company, under its new name, Ancorius will continue its existing services and “plans to expand into new business lines through acquisitions.”

The rebrand follows Ancorius’ integration into the AnaCap portfolio earlier this year; the company said this partnership “supports its growth plans” in Luxembourg and across Europe.

“We have a very ambitious growth strategy and aim to become a leading consolidator in the highly fragmented corporate and fund services market,” said Johan van den Berg.“With a strong team of more than 70 professionals and the backing of AnaCap, we are well positioned to accelerate our expansion both organically and through targeted acquisitions, while maintaining the high-quality, personalised service that defines who we are.”

The company is headquartered in Luxembourg-Merl and provides integrated services across fund, corporate, tax and accounting.

Founder Jean-Marc Faber, now Chairman, added: “The rebrand is not a departure from our roots, but a natural evolution. Ancorius stands for our enduring values, trust, reactivity and technical excellence, and our commitment to remain a long-term partner for our clients.”
