On Saturday 9 April 2016, Luxembourgish group dream catcher will be holding a 'pre-listening' session of their newest album 'Vagabonds' at Vagabond Barrr in Dudelange.
dream catcher is the brainchild of T42 singer and comic book author John Rech, who is joined on stage by old friends guitarist Christof Brill and Wolfgang 'wild fiddler' Wehner, as well as Eric Falchero on piano/accordion, bassist Claude Zeimes and drummer Steve Krippler when playing at festivals. Their energetic showmanship has seen them earn a veritable name for themselves, with invitations to perform alongside the likes of Sting, Bon Jovi, Michael Jackson, Alanis Morrissetts and Counting Crows tucked firmly under their belts.
The band has come a long way since the release of debut EP 'happy in my treehouse' in 1998, with each creation denoting different musical cultures, from English Celtic Pop to French Chanson, German virtuosity to Luxembourgish Rock. The journey has also led them around the world, and to collaborations with a variety of musicians and singer-songwriters such as Cambridge's Ezio and Irish Celtic Folkers Beoga.
The event will take place at 21:00 on Saturday 9 April 2016, at the Vagabond Barrr, 1 rue de la Libération 3510 Dudelange. For more information on the event, visit the Facebook page, or have a listen to the clip below:
