The Centre des Arts Pluriels in Ettelbruck (CAPE) has announced a new edition of its piano festival.

For each edition of its piano festival, CAPE highlights a great composer from the history of the instrument. For the 2025 edition, which will take place from Thursday 30 January through to Sunday 2 February, it will be the turn of the French composer Maurice Ravel (1875-1937).

One of the main representatives of French Impressionism, Ravel is considered, due to his progressive and innovative style, to be a precursor of later avant-garde musical movements.

CAPE's Ravel+ festival, programmed in close collaboration with the German pianist Joseph Moog, will allow everyone to (re)discover this reference work, on the occasion of four evenings of high-level recitals.

Thursday 30 January 2025: Lise de la Salle & Jean-Efflam Bavouzet
Friday 31 January 2025: Janina Fialkowska & Joseph Moog
Saturday 1 February 2025: Kai Adomeit & Cathy Krier
Sunday 2 February 2025: Severin von Eckardstein & Francesca Tandoi
