In preparation for the Rock am Knuedler festival taking place this Sunday 12 July 2015, the Luxembourg City Tourist Office (LCTO) has released further information on its weekend event.
The LCTO has announced that due to the performance from international star Anastacia, many spectators are expected to attend the free concert which will begin at 21:45. It has therefore clarified that from 19:00 Place Guillaume II, where Anastacia will be performing on the Lion Stage, will be accessible exclusively via Rue du Fossé. From this time, other access routes such as the stairs on Rue Notre-Dame, the 'Petit Passage' and the passage overlooking Rue du Curé will serve exclusively as exit routes.
Those who wish to attend the Anastacia concert are invited to arrive at Place Guillaume II in plenty of time before the start of the show. Once capacity is reached on Place Guillaume II, spectators will be redirected to Rue de la Reine and Place Clairefontaine, where the programme of the big stage will be broadcast live on a big screen from 20:30.
