Adhesive films-distributor Solar Screen will this afternoon open its new headquarters in Foetz, Luxembourg.

The European leader in the distribution of adhesive films for windows, cars and interior surfaces, Solar Screen is opening its new headquarters in Foetz today. By inaugurating its new building, the Luxembourg company confirms its presence in Luxembourg.

The company, created thirty years ago by Hervé Thibaut, is now mostly owned by the ALCOPA group, which owns Autopolis. Since the takeover by the Belgian family, the company has experienced a steady growth of 20-30% per year, allowing a doubling of employees as well as a significant geographical expansion with exports to more than 50 countries.

The decision to keep the head office in Luxembourg and to invest in a new building in Foetz was a conscious and strategic decision according to the company, which considered Luxembourg to be home to an unprecedented wealth of multicultural talents necessary for its international development.

Solar Screen allows companies and individuals to insulate their buildings sustainably and retrospectively against the sun's rays, thus saving on heat emissions on existing buildings and significantly reducing their environmental footprint.

Solar Screen has installed a large number of insulating protectors with adhesive films on public and private buildings, including the "Geeseknäppchen" school campus forum.
