The Maison du Grand-Duc has reported that Prince Guillaume, Hereditary Grand Duke of Luxembourg, received in audience six new ambassadors for the presentation of their credentials at the Grand Ducal Palace in Luxembourg-Ville on Tuesday 7 January 2025.
The new ambassadors to Luxembourg are as follows:
- Mr Benno Laggner, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Swiss Confederation (Switzerland);
- Ms Christina Alexopoulou, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Hellenic Republic (Greece);
- Mr Henric Råsbrant, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Sweden;
- Mr Gayrat Fazilov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- Dr Amal Jadou Shakaa, Head of Palestinian Mission;
- Mr Ahmed Abu Zeid, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
