On Wednesday 2 June 2021, His Royal Highness the Grand Duke received in audience at the Grand Ducal Palace five new ambassadors to Luxembourg for the presentation of their credentials.
The new ambassadors were as follows:
- Her Excellency Ms Tokozile XASA, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of South Africa;
- His Excellency Mr Sutiawan GUNESSEE, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Mauritius;
- Her Excellency Dr Pontšo Susan Matumelo SEKATLE, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Lesotho;
- His Excellency Dr Jesse JEAN, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Haiti;
- Her Excellency Ms Madeleine LIGUEMOH ONDOUA, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Cameroon.
