Luxembourg's THEATER FEDERATIOUN (Theatre Federation) has announced a three day cross border training course for professional artists from Grand Est and the Grand Duchy, taking place from Monday 1 to Wednesday 3 June 2026 at the theater centre NEST in Thionville, France.

Organised with INECC Mission Voix Lorraine and INECC Luxembourg, the project will offer an opportunity to meet, gain tools, exchange practices and take part in workshops aimed at exploring body and voice.

Theatre Federation noted that this season the programme will focus on accessibility in artistic creation, featuring a deep dive into Deaf culture, which will include an introductory talk on behalf of the International Visual Theatre from Paris, France and the bases of sign language singing.

The programme will also include a round table with two artists who have developed projects focused on accessibility, Séverine Coulon, director of La Minoterie in Dijon, France and Karin Kremer, former director of Mierscher Kulturhaus, now Mierscher Theater in Luxembourg. Furthermore, the programme will include a stage workshop led by Alexandra Tobelaim, director of NEST, laughter yoga sessions and an evening at the TalentLAB festival in Luxembourg, which will feature an artist meet-up and a performance.

The price for the training, meals and the theatre outing in Luxembourg is €200; for the same package including accommodation, subject to availability the organisers will charge €280.
