The Théâtres de la Ville de Luxembourg and the Kinneksbond Cultural Centre in Mamer have announced their collaboration on a new production by Luxembourgish choreographer Jill Crovisier: The Game - Grand Finale.
The premiere of The Game - Grand Finale is scheduled for Thursday 13 and Friday 14 February 2025 at the Grand Théâtre de la Ville de Luxembourg in Luxembourg-Limpertsberg. As a prelude to this anticipated performance, Jill Crovisier will provide an exclusive insight into her creative process during a special evening event at the Kinneksbond Cultural Centre in Mamer on Friday 31 January 2025.
According to the organisers: “This project represents the culmination of three years of intensive research, during which she [Jill Crovisier] explored, through movement and sound, the diverse ways in which games are perceived and practised across cultures”.
Following the premiere, the production will be performed at several venues across Luxembourg: on 19 and 20 June 2025 at Escher Theater in Esch-sur-Alzette and on 26 June 2025 at Trifolion Echternach.
