On Friday 12 January 2024, Luxembourg’s Ministry of Culture launched a call for projects to support new forms of cultural mediation – blogs, vlogs and podcasts.
Aid for new forms of cultural mediation (blogs, vlogs and podcasts) from the Luxembourg Ministry of Culture is a mechanism for assisting independent authors, critics or columnists specialising in cultural matters who carry out an online platform, a blog, a vlog or a podcast dedicated to the publication, support or criticism of news from the artistic and cultural scene in Luxembourg.
This form of financial aid (capped at €5000 per project over a period of three years) aims to encourage new writing and innovative forms which accompany artists in their creative journey or institutions in their programming and allow the public to access a sharp and independent opinion or to take another look at the arts and discourse on aesthetics in Luxembourg.
Individuals wishing to benefit from support for new forms of cultural mediation must submit their complete request before Thursday 29 February 2024.
