The Moulins de Kleinbettingen today announced that its "Le Moulin" pasta range has obtained a CSR label from the INDR, the national institute for sustainable development and corporate social responsibility (CSR).
Launched in 2020, the Le Moulin pasta range, which is made 100% from Luxembourgish wheat, is an example of the Moulins de Kleinbettingen's efforts to integrate environmental concerns into its products and to associate cereals with social issues.
With the life-long aim of offering local products made from local cereals, the mill team is now working on the integration of durum wheat cultivation into the national "local product" sector, a programme of sustainable, supervised and environmentally friendly cultivation led by the Chamber of Agriculture.
By choosing the INDR labelling system, the team wanted to promote their efforts through a recognised national label and position themselves as a responsible economic player who contributes to the sustainable development of the country.
