The Dots, a Luxembourg-based innovation and technology agency, together with Digital Minds has announced that Luxembourg Blockchain Week will return from Tuesday 8 to Friday 11 December 2026 featuring conferences, panel discussions, roundtables, workshops and community events focused on digital assets and blockchain technology.
The four-day event is set to take place across several places in Luxembourg, bringing together professionals from finance, technology, policy and innovation to discuss the transformation of money and financial infrastructure.
The programme will begin on Tuesday with the Luxembourg Blockchain Week Conference, featuring keynotes and panel discussions on the event's main themes. An opening dinner at EY Luxembourg-Kirchberg will conclude the first day.
On Wednesday 9 December 2026, the morning programme will focus on university research in partnership with the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST), exploring research and innovation related to digital assets. The main conference will continue in the afternoon with sessions involving industry representatives, regulators and innovators.
Partner organisations will host a series of public side events across Luxembourg on Thursday 10 December 2026, including workshops and presentations covering blockchain applications, innovation and emerging market trends. A padel tournament will also take place as part of the day's networking activities.
Luxembourg Blockchain Week will conclude on Friday with a series of networking breakfasts followed by an official closing party.
Topics addressed throughout the week will include stablecoins, tokenisation, digital assets, distributed ledger technology (DLT)-based settlement, decentralised and traditional finance (DeFi/TradFi), the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA) and the wider regulatory landscape.
The event is aimed at professionals including fund managers, bankers, regulators, technology providers, investors and entrepreneurs, as well as members of the public interested in blockchain and digital finance.
