The Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI) has announced it will host the ALFI Private Assets Conference on Tuesday 30 September and Wednesday 1 October 2025, at Luxexpo The Box in Luxembourg-Kirchberg.

According to the organisers, the conference will bring together fund professionals to discuss the latest market and regulatory developments with their peers and share best practices to lead their businesses to sustainable growth. 

This year's green edition will examine how European private markets are developing and shed a light on the business trends across infrastructure, real estate, private equity and private debt asset classes. 

The agenda will include sessions on:

⁃ Natural capital: investing in nature

⁃ Ocean focus: the blue economy

⁃ The role of private assets in multi-asset strategies

⁃ SME credit demand driving private debt growth

⁃ Investing in defence? A debate

⁃ Setting up in Luxembourg: the AIFM experience

Guest speakers at the event include Luxembourg's Minister of Finance, Gilles Roth, Senior Counsellor at the Luxembourg Ministry of Finance, Maureen Wiwinius, Head of Division at the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), Marc Neubert, Associate Professor of Finance at the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University, Patrick Augustin and Professor of Finance at the University of Luxembourg, Ulf von Lilienfeld-Toal, amongst others.

Sessions will take place in English and a trade exhibition will take place in the venue’s foyer. The two-day event will also feature a cocktail reception on the evening of Tuesday 30 September.
