Odgers Berndtson Luxembourg, a global executive search and leadership advisory firm, and the INSEAD business school have announced the launch of their "Consortium: Leadership Retreat Programme", which is designed to empower senior executives to reach new heights in leadership and innovation.
The retreat will take place from 19 to 21 April 2024 at the Château Du Pont D'Oye in Belgium. The organisers described the retreat in a press release as "a transformative experience for leaders seeking to sharpen their skills and drive success in a rapidly evolving business landscape".
Highlights of the Odgers Berndtson / INSEAD Consortium Leadership Retreat include: interactive sessions (about the latest trends, best practices and case studies that drive leadership success) led by renowned INSEAD faculty and industry experts; innovation workshops (looking at design thinking, technology trends and entrepreneurship to develop a future-focused mindset); peer networking (among a diverse group of high-achieving professionals from various industries and regions).

Spaces for the Odgers Berndtson / INSEAD Consortium Leadership Retreat are limited. The fee is €7,500 and includes lunches, coffee breaks, dinner and accommodation.
