The Luxembourg Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (LPEA) has announced that its Private Equity 4 Women (PE4W) group is hosting a conference to celebrate International Women's Day (8 March) this Friday 6 March 2020 from 10:00 to 14:00 at EY's premises (main room on 5th floor) in Luxembourg-Kirchberg.

The conference "Gender Parity 3.0", which forms part of LPEA’s Women’s Day celebrations, will bring together guest speakers: Fanny Letier, co-founder of Geneo Capital, a French Private Equity fund backed by families and entrepreneurs; and Ludovic de Gromard, a social entrepreneur, pioneer in the field of PsyTech and co-founder of the startup Chance (alongside Nobel Laureate Prof. Muhammad Yunus), which intertwines psychology and technology to help people find their higher purpose in their careers with online tools whilst closely touching upon gender parity in its 3.0 version.

Fanny Letier and Ludovic de Gromard will hold keynote presentations, followed by Q&A’s with the audience and a networking lunch. This event aims to provide an opportunity to learn, get inspired and explore ideas together, while creating unique networking opportunities for the community based on LPEA's roadmap.

PE4W, an initiative launched by the LPEA in 2019 and which now counts circa 100 members, has emphasised that all members, men and women, are welcome to attend this event. The initiative has expressed a keen interest in building more diversity within the PE universe by empowering women and including men. Nevertheless, the event is reserved for LPEA and WIDE members.
