
Women in Digital Initiatives Luxembourg asbl (WIDE) has announced a "Blockchain and Smart Contract" training event on 26 and 27 April 2019 at Bachner Legal (8 rue de la Poste, L-2346 Luxembourg).
This course aims to provide an introduction of concepts and tools to understand the potential of Blockchain technology in real world application. During this session, the trainers will deal with this subject through a real business case using a comparative approach.
The first day will offer an introduction to Blockchain. The training will provide a comprehensive overview of what Blockchain is and how it works, as well as insights on how Blockchain will affect the future of industry and organisation.
The second day will offer an introduction to the concept of the digitisation of assets and deal with related contract automation with leads to Smart Contracts.
The event will begin at 09:00 on 26 April and end at 17:00 on 27 April.
The price is €200 for the two days training plus €100 for the Smart Contract workshop.
The event is eligible for co-financing and small grants might be available, depending on the situation.
Participants should bring their own laptop. No setup required.
