The Luxembourg Arbitration Association (LAA), a non-profit organisation founded in 1996 and dedicated to the promotion and development of arbitration practice in the Grand Duchy, has announced the launch of its website.

The new LAA website features a "Members" tab for visitors looking for an arbitrator, a counsel or a tribunal secretary. The search can be based on language spoken, nationality or areas of specialisation. Similarly, those searching for the provisions of Luxembourg law on arbitration can access the French and English versions of these provisions in the “Arbitration in Luxembourg” tab. Finally, anyone looking for the biographical details of an LAA member can type the name of that member in the search bar. If that person has a profile available, the website will present it.

Guy Harles, President of LAA, commented: “As the leading centre for legal competence in Europe, Luxembourg is the ideal platform from which to conduct international arbitration. The new LAA website offers access to a comprehensive range of specialist resources, optimised in one place”.
