Saxitude, a high-energy saxophone quartet from Luxembourg, will perform for the first time at the Philharmonie in Luxembourg-Kirchberg on Saturday 14 January 2023 at 19:30.

Saxitude has performed more than 1,000 concerts around the world over the past nineteen years and will now play for the first time at the Philharmonie Luxembourg.

Founded in 2003, Saxitude is a Luxembourgish saxophone quartet with a repertoire of original compositions, traditional Luxembourgish music and jazz, pop and improvised music songs. Saxitude has appeared on concert and festival stages around the world. Its last tour in Asia in 2017 was sold out. Since its creation, Saxitude has played several concerts for the Grand Ducal family, during state visits and at Luxembourg embassies worldeide.

The members of the quartet are Robi Arend, tenor sax, Pierre Cocq-Amann and Dominique Gatto, alto sax, and Gregory Ney, baritone sax.
