The Bazar International (International Bazaar) will return to Luxexpo The Box in Luxembourg-Kirchberg from Friday 15 to Sunday 17 November 2024.

This major charity event is expected to welcome more than 30,000 visitors over three days.

With its unique combination of global culture, volunteer-driven spirit and charitable mission, the International Bazaar continues to be the go-to international community event in Luxembourg.

As the organisers explained, a deep commitment to charitable giving is at the heart of the International Bazaar. Each year, 100% of the proceeds from this event support a range of both global and local charitable causes. In 2023, the Bazar International de Luxembourg ASBL donated over €500,000 to charities. The organisers added that visitors' participation directly translates into opportunities for those in need, exemplifying the punchline: "Shopping for a good cause... when generosity gives opportunity."

Moreover, the International Bazaar is entirely powered by volunteers - more than 1,000 in total. The organisers noted how their tireless dedication brings this event to life, showcasing strength and unity. They added that the punchline "Shopping for a good cause... powered by volunteering" encapsulates the spirit of these volunteers, whom they encouraged everyone to recognise and support by visiting the event or even joining as volunteers themselves.

In addition to being a charity event, the International Bazaar is a unique celebration of global cultures. From international food stands to handmade crafts and cultural traditions, visitors can experience the richness of the world in one place. There are over 60 stands on-site, with the organisers announcing the return of the Brazil and Israel stands this year. "Shopping for a good cause... where cultures unite to give back" illustrates how this event brings people together, showcasing the power of cultural unity in contributing to important charitable causes in a non-political and non-religious setting, added the organisers.

Opening hours: Friday 15 November from 18:00-22:00; Saturday 16 November from 11:00-19:00; Sunday 17 November from 11:00-18:00.
