On Thursday 30 June 2022, at the extraordinary General Assembly of the Friends of Leprosy Association (Amis des Lépreux), two checks worth €2,500 were donated to the Follereau Foundation.
The first check was in support of the project working for the management of neglected tropical diseases with cutaneous manifestations in Allada in Benin whilst the second check was to support the Follereau Foundation work in general.
This support from the Friends of Leprosy Association to the Follereau Foundation is a longstanding commitment with regard to the shared ideology to fight against leprosy. Indeed, the two associations are collaborating for more than 50 years.
