Credit: Stand Speak Rise Up!

Luxembourg non-profit organisation Stand Speak Rise Up! announced the orinisation of a charity in collaboration with the Foundation of the Grand Duke and Grand Duchess and the City of Biarritz, a gala evening to support the projects of conflict-related sexual violence survivors, in particular with the Panzi Foundation, the association We are NOT Weapons of War and a holistic project dedicated to Ukrainian survivors.

This event will take place on Saturday 15 October 2022 at the prestigious Hôtel du Palais in Biarritz in the presence of numerous personalities, survivors, international and Basque experts and renowned artists. Her Royal Highness the Grand Duchess of Luxembourg, Dr Denis Mukwege, winner of the 2018 Nobel Peace Prize, Céline Bardet, an international lawyer specialising in wartime rape, and Pramila Patten, the United Nations Special Representative on Sexual Violence in Conflict, will be present.

During the dinner designed by Aurélien Largeau, starred chef of the famous Palace, an auction will be organised. 100% of the proceeds will be allocated to international projects supporting survivors on the field.
