On Monday 18 January 2021, Arval Luxembourg, represented by General Manager Véronique Bourgois, presented the National Association of Road Victims (Association des Victimes de la Route - AVR) with a cheque for €1,000.
Arval Luxembourg, a major player in the long-term rental of vehicles in Luxembourg, regularly carries out satisfaction surveys among its customers and drivers. Since service quality is Arval's main concern, the company's management wanted to optimise the response rate for this survey and thus committed itself to paying a lump sum to AVR for every completed questionnaire.
Germain Kirsch, Vice-President of AVR, thanked Arval Luxembourg for this donation and its involvement in the common cause of supporting road victims.
