On Wednesday 7 October 2026, DoubleTree by Hilton Luxembourg announced the completion of a major renovation programme covering its 345 rooms and suites, as well as its fitness centre and public areas.
The hotel, located on a wooded hillside in Luxembourg-Dommeldange, has operated since 1985. The renovation introduced redesigned interiors and upgraded amenities across its rooms and suites, which are now divided into five categories, including a new Premium room category.
“This renovation marks an important new chapter for DoubleTree by Hilton Luxembourg. This hotel has a long tradition of welcoming guests from Luxembourg and around the world, and our ambition was to build on that heritage while bringing the experience in line with the expectations of today's travellers. Today, we are incredibly proud of our newly renovated rooms and suites, designed to offer greater comfort and choice while preserving what has always been at the heart of this hotel: a warm and personal welcome,” said Janine Kemp, General Manager of DoubleTree by Hilton Luxembourg.
According to the hotel, the five room and suite categories aim to accommodate different types and lengths of stay. The renovation also introduced the new Premium category, which offers larger spaces and additional amenities.
“Today's guests have very different expectations depending on the purpose and length of their stay. Our new room offering gives them greater choice and allows us to provide the right experience, whether they are joining us for a business trip, a weekend in Luxembourg, a family visit or an extended stay,” said Max Adoue, Director of Sales & Marketing.
The renovation also covered the hotel's fitness centre, which has been redesigned and equipped with new treadmills, elliptical cross-trainers and bikes. The facility is open daily and available to hotel guests free of charge.
In addition to its 345 rooms and suites, DoubleTree by Hilton Luxembourg has more than 1,200 m² of meeting and event space, The Green Restaurant & Bar, an indoor swimming pool and the renovated fitness centre.
