The DLSI Group, which brings together a network of over 70 employment agencies located in France, Luxembourg, Germany and Switzerland, has announced it achieved a consolidated turnover of €49.5 million during the first quarter (Q1) of 2024, up 7.2% compared to 2023 Q1.
Present in all sectors of activity, DLSI Group offers various employment solutions: CDI, CDD and temporary employment. Listed on the Euronext Growth market of Euronext Paris since 2006, the Group achieved €204.5 million in turnover in 2023.
ML Intérim and PRESTIM, companies based respectively in Haut-Rhin and Moselle, globally integrated into the Group's scope from 1 January 2024, contributed €4.2 million to the turnover. The selective strengthening of the territorial network represented by these two acquisitions was consistent with the Group's anchoring in the Grand Est, DLSI reported.
Since the start of 2024, the DLSI Group noted it has been able to mobilise resources to cope with growth in activity, despite growing inflationary pressure.
Internationally, the group recorded an increase of 6.7% compared to 2023 Q1. It represented 38.4% of the quarter's consolidated turnover compared to 38.6% in the 2023 Q1. International turnover, up 6.7% at the current exchange rate, was mainly generated in Switzerland, representing 35.7% of consolidated sales. The other countries in which the Group operates are Germany and Luxembourg.
Continued growth in nuclear activities with a turnover at the end of March 2024 of €3,826 thousand was reported, an increase of 1.3% compared to the turnover at the end of March 2023.
The turnover achieved under framework contracts stood at €5,321 thousand as of 31 March 2024, or 20% of French sales, compared to 18.6% with €5,383 thousand as of 31 March 2023.
The DLSI group noted that, while aware of the current uncertainties, it remained optimistic about the market outlook, growth and results in 2024. The group noted it is primarily focused on accelerating its organic growth.
