PwC Luxembourg has reported revenues of €404 million for the year ending 30 June 2017, up by 8% from last year.

 

For the first time, PwC’s results are being released based on the GRI reporting standards, which provides detailed and transparent insight into the firm’s strategy, performance and societal contribution. The firm witnessed an 8% increase in revenues from €374 million last year to €404 million this financial year.

In addition to details regarding revenues, the results have shown that PwC Luxembourg currently employs a total of 2,850 people, has implemented a dozen strategic joint business relationships with tech companies and has reported a ground-breaking Annual Review based on GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) standards.

The firm has continued to make significant investment in its people this year. More than 500 graduates started their careers with PwC and more than 300 trainees and students undertook paid work experience and internship opportunities. Nearly 250 experienced professionals were also recruited.

Globally, the PwC network reported total global gross revenues of USD 37.7 billion, up by 7%.

Moreover, with the world is transforming at an unprecedented pace, the firm has invested in innovative new services, using artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and innovative cloud technologies, to help clients tackle their immediate and longer-term challenges and opportunities.
