The British Chamber of Commerce (BCC) will hold a workshop entitled "Building Trust in the Workplace" on Wednesday 11 December 2024 at the Luxembourg School of Business, Luxembourg-Eich.

Organised by the chamber's People and Leadership Group, the workshop will bring together Luxembourg's business community to explore the complexities and significance of trust in today's evolving workplace. Trust is the foundation of effective workplace relationships, productivity and employee engagement. However, in an age of hybrid and remote work, it is being put to the test as organisations navigate new ways of balancing productivity and workplace flexibility.

The discussion will cover diverse perspectives on balancing flexibility with productivity, the cultural dynamics of trust within organisations, and the impact of return-to-office policies on employee relationships.

Questions explored will include:
-  What does trust look like in both remote and in-office environments?
- How does trust influence employee engagement, career growth, and access to resources?
- Can trust be rebuilt once it's broken, and what are the practical steps to foster it?

This workshop is designed for leaders, HR professionals and members of Luxembourg's business community who are interested in creating a more inclusive, flexible and trustworthy workplace culture.

Admission to the event is free for BCC members and €40 for non-members.

Registration on the day is from 08:00, with the event scheduled to begin at 08:30. Breakfast will be provided and there will be an opportunity to meet fellow Chamber Members and guests.
