The British Chamber of Commerce for Luxembourg (BCC) and the American Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg (AMCHAM) have announced a joint lunch event focusing on personal tax changes in Luxembourg, set to take place at Confiserie Namur in Luxembourg-Hamm on Tuesday 27 October 2026 at 12:00.
The event, entitled “Personal Tax Changes in Luxembourg - Hear it from the Experts”, will feature Laura Foulds, Managing Director of Analie Tax & Consulting, as guest speaker, who has over 20 years of experience working in expatriate personal taxation initially with the "Big4" in the United Kingdom (UK), the United States (US) and Luxembourg and, since 2013, with her own company, Analie Sarl. Analie provides UK, US and Luxembourg personal tax compliance assistance and advisory services, where Laura Foulds is a specialist in expatriate taxation and provides advice on specific personal tax areas and cross border personal tax considerations.
The session will cover changes to Luxembourg personal taxation introduced during 2025 and expected changes for 2026. It will also address the impact of changes effective from 1 January 2026, considerations for individuals looking to optimise their tax situation before the end of the year and commonly asked questions concerning tax filing in Luxembourg.
The BCC has also announced two other events for October: a briefing on artificial intelligence (AI) on Wednesday 7 October 2026 and its Leadership Forum, entitled “Making the Tough Calls”, on Thursday 22 October 2026.
