On Saturday 28 February and Sunday 1 March 2026, Game Day 4 of the Second Round of the Women’s Enovos Basketball League saw the league leaders claim victory, alongside an important encounter in the battle for third place in the standings.
T71 Dudelange recorded their fifteenth win of the regular season with an 83-55 away victory over Les Sangliers Wooltz. The league leaders built a fourteen-point advantage by halftime, with the hosts managing to reduce the deficit to ten points in the third quarter. However, Dudelange regained control and extended their lead to 20 points to secure a comfortable win. Lauren Van Kleunen led the scoring with 28 points, accounting for more than a third of her team’s total, while Beatriz Gomes Jordao (12), Svenia Nurenberg (11) and Shalona Winton (10) also finished in double figures.
AB Contern consolidated their place in the top three with a 77-60 home win over closest rivals Amicale Steinsel, winning all four quarters. Centre Caileigh Walsh delivered a standout performance with 36 points, while captain Stefane Kulesza and forward Esmeralda Skrijelj both recorded double-doubles. The former finished with fourteen points and sixteen rebounds, while the latter added fifteen points and fifteen rebounds. Following the result, AB Contern improved to nine wins and six defeats, while Amicale Steinsel now have seven wins and nine defeats.
Basket Esch remain one point behind Amicale in the standings, with a game in hand. The team coached by Vincent Gevrey secured their seventh win of the season with a 79-49 home victory over Musel Pikes. Forward Eden Nibbelink led the scoring with 26 points and 20 rebounds.

Second-placed Sparta Bertrange were the only team among the seven championship participants not in action on this Game Day. The next fixtures in the women’s championship are scheduled to take place from Friday 6 to Sunday 8 March 2026.
In the men’s Enovos Basketball League, competition is currently on hold due to Luxembourg’s national team commitments in the FIBA EuroBasket 2029 pre-qualifiers. On Friday 27 February 2026, Ken Diederich's team suffered a 70-79 away defeat against North Macedonia. Luxembourg is set to return to action on Monday 2 March 2026, when they face Ireland away in their second game of the international window. The match will be their fourth tie in pre-qualification Group A, where the Red Lions currently sit second with two wins.
