Luxembourg's Brasserie Nationale, also known as the Bofferding Brewery, distinguished itself with two medals – silver and gold - in the 2023 edition of the European Beer Challenge.
Battin Gambrinus won a silver medal in the Dortmunder Export category, while Bofferding Pils, reported to be the most consumed beer in the Grand Duchy, was awarded the gold medal in the International Style Pilsner category.
"These two awards are a source of pride for the entire Brasserie Nationale and in particular its master brewers. Winning two medals from our first participation in European Beer Challenge confirms the quality of our products, which is very important to us,“ rejoiced Mathias Lentz, Director of the Brasserie Nationale.
