On Thursday 28 September 2017, His Royal Highness the Grand Duke of Luxembourg received General Romain Mancinelli and new Chief of Staff of the Luxembourg Army, General Alain Duschène at the Grand-Ducal Palace.
The Luxembourg Grand Duke Henri has received General Romain Mancinelli, who asserted pension rights, and the future General Alain Duschène on his appointment as new Chief of Staff of the Luxembourg Army.
General Alain Duschène will take up the position from 30 September 2017.
