On Wednesday 31 January 2018, a 67 year-old farmer in Roedt died when driving a livestock vehicle containing cattle.
The accident happened at around 09:00 when he was run over by the vehicle he was using to carry the livestock, just outside the farmyard.
The public prosecutor has ordered an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the fatal accident, including an autopsy and a forensics examination of the scene of the accident.
