The Grand Ducal Police have reported that a fatal workplace accident occurred in Howald on Thursday 30 November 2023.
The serious industrial accident took place on Rue Edouard Oster in Howald on Thursday morning. A construction worker was working on the roof of a house when he fell to the ground, several metres below.
Despite receiving emergency medical care on-site, the 53-year-old man died at the scene of the accident.
The Inspectorate of Labour and Mines and the Grand Ducal Police attended the scene of the accident to determine the facts.
