Moderate to Strong Thunderstorms Expected in Luxembourg on Tuesday

Luxembourg's weather portal MeteoLux has issued a weather warning for thunderstorms across the Grand Duchy on the evening of Tuesday 12 September 2023.

The yellow alert ("potential danger") will be in place for the whole country from 17:00 to 23:00 on Tuesday.

During this time, there is a risk of moderate to strong thunderstorms, as well as the possibility of hail, heavy rain and gusty winds.

This thunderstorm warning follows the yellow heat and ozone level warnings issued for all of Luxembourg for the afternoon of Monday 11 September 2023.
