The Grand Ducal Police have reported that a fatal accident occurred at a construction site in Esch-sur-Alzette on Tuesday morning.
At around 10:50 on Tuesday 4 July 2023, a serious work accident took place at a construction site near Boulevard Grand-Duchesse Charlotte in Esch-sur-Alzette.
According to the police, a construction worker was hit by an excavator shovel while working. He suffered serious injuries and died at the scene of the accident.
The forensic police and the Inspectorate of Labour and Mines (ITM) arrived on-site following the accident.
