The Luxembourg Veterinary and Food Administration has announced that it is recalling the Namur Mocha Ice Cream due to a presence of the allergen hazelnut alongside possible traces of nuts, soy and peanuts not mentioned on the label.
Units of all volumes are being recalled (110 ml; 130 ml; 450 ml; 1; 2.5 l and 5 l) including all batches with consume-by dates before 8 April 2024.
People who are not allergic or intolerant to the relevant substances are not affected by the recall and can safely consume the product without restriction.
Auchan, Cactus, Delhaize and Namur confirmed sales of this product, although a sale by other operators cannot be excluded.
