MeteoLux, Luxembourg's weather service, has forecast that light snow will fall on Monday through to Thursday this coming week.
With 1-2cm on Monday and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are forecast to see a little more, with 2-4cm snow forecast. However, even with a small variation in temperatures, the snow could end up falling as sleet instead of as snow. Temperatures are forecast to fall to no lower than -2C overnight, with daytime temperatures expected to be between 2 - 6C during the day.
As usual, the higher ground to the north of the Grand Duchy is expected to witness more snow than the southern part of the country, which generally is slightly warmer (and lower in altitude).
