Luxembourg's Ministry of Digitalisation and the State Information Technology Centre (CTIE) have confirmed that, since 2022, it has become easier and faster to make annual tax declarations thanks to the new MyGuichet.lu assistant.

Last year, 70% of the circa 300,000 individual taxpayers in the Grand Duchy could already potentially take advantage of this new tool for their tax declaration for 2021.

In 2023, the number of people who can use this online tool has increased: this extension of the target audience now includes, for example, liberal professions (doctors, lawyers, etc.) or partners who wish to submit a joint tax declaration (PACS).

The MyGuichet.lu assistant is available in one's MyGuichet.lu personal space and guides one through each step according to their personal situation and the data entered. This assistant thus makes it possible to declare your income in a simpler and faster way as the procedure is 100% digital from start to finish.

In recent months, MyGuichet.lu has undergone another major development: the personal spaces of MyGuichet.lu now have a new look and the platform is presented entirely in responsive design, i.e. the interface is adapts to any type of device. To carry out procedures, users can therefore connect to MyGuichet.lu from their smartphone, tablet or computer and benefit from a presentation that is 100% adapted to the size of their screen.
