The Grand Ducal Police have reported that, on Thursday 16 February 2023, a traffic accident happened involving a bus and a pedestrian in Dudelange.

The accident happened at around 16:00 on the Route de Volmerange in the town. According to initial findings, the pedestrian wanted to cross the street, did not see a bus that was just leaving and was hit by it.

The pedestrian was taken to hospital with serious injuries where they are being treated.
